Embroidery orders are delivered in DST, PES, EMB and additional formats such as JEF, VP3, EXP, and XXX based on your machine brand. Yes. Sassy Digitizing subscriptions have no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel at any time directly from your account dashboard. Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing cycle, so you keep full access to your remaining designs for the month before cancellation takes effect.

No problem. You can send a blurry JPEG, a phone photo, or even a rough sketch. Our digitizers manually recreate the design from scratch using Wilcom V9 and E2 professional software; no auto-tracing is used. The quality of your artwork affects complexity pricing, but it does not prevent us from producing a clean, production-ready file.
