Do you charge extra for rush orders?
No. Rush delivery in 1 to 2 hours is available at no extra cost on every order. Simply note RUSH when placing your order and your file is moved to the front of the queue. Rush is available 7 days a week, including weekends, with no surcharge on any plan or pack.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer unlimited free revisions on all orders rather than refunds. If a file contains a digitizing error caused by our team, we fix it at no cost and within 2 to 4 hours. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for genuinely unresolvable issues after revision attempts have been exhausted.
How do I pay for an order?
We accept payment by credit card and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at order time through our customer portal. For monthly subscription plans, billing is automatic on your renewal date with no manual action required. All transactions are encrypted and no card data is stored on our servers.
How long does it take to digitize a logo?
Standard turnaround is 2 to 4 hours from artwork approval on all orders. Rush delivery in 1 to 2 hours is available at no extra cost; just note RUSH in your order. Complex jacket back designs with high stitch counts may take 4 to 8 hours on standard service, and we confirm timing upfront before work begins.
What file formats do you provide?
We deliver DST, PES, EMB, JEF, VP3, EXP, VIP, HUS, XXX and all other major embroidery machine formats. Tell us your machine brand and model and we match the correct format automatically. All formats are included in your order price at no extra charge; there is no fee for additional file types.
What is considered a Minor Revision?
A minor revision is any adjustment to the digitizing file based on the original design brief: stitch density correction, underlay fix, size change within 10 percent, colour sequence update, or small element repositioning. Minor revisions are free and unlimited on every order. A new design brief or a complete redesign from a different artwork is treated as a new order.
Why don't you offer $5 flat-rate digitizing like other sites?
$5 flat-rate digitizing uses auto-digitizing software, not human skill. Auto-digitized files produce incorrect stitch density, missing underlay layers, and unreadable small text that fails during production runs. Our files start at $15 and are 100% manually built in Wilcom V9 and E2 by one of our 38 expert digitizers. The price difference is the difference between a file that runs clean and one that causes costly thread breaks.
